Digital Online has accounts with several major freight companies. We will arrange freight depending on the size, weight and classification of your order.
Delivery time frame:
Digital Online , endeavours to provide SAME DAY DISPATCH ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS RECEIVED BY 2PM ON ANY BUSINESS DAY, if the products are currently in stock. If you order in the morning, your order may be shipped out the same day. Once your order is packed & picked up by the logistic provider:

Click & Collect
Digital Online also offers a FREE Click & Collect service from our Sydney office at Silverwater. This option can be selected from the shipping method selection in the final step of the checkout process.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have received this email prior to coming to collect your order.
Upon collection you must present your order number, order confirmation email, or photo ID (matching the name the order was placed under).
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, they must have the order number or copy of the order confirmation email.
Orders must be collected within 4 weeks of purchase. Orders that are not collected within this time frame will be automatically cancelled and will receive a store credit for the amount paid. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.
Your estimated delivery timing will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our Sydney metro based warehouse.
We recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, such as a work address.

Tracking your Order
You can easily track your order by viewing your order history in your account. You will also receive email with tracking information and updates on your delivery. Our friendly customer service is always there to assist you should you need any further assistance.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
